Burnout to Brilliance: Wellness Practices for Women Entrepreneurs Workshop

Utilizing the National Institute of Health’s 8 pronged framework for Dimensions of Wellness, attendees will dive into the different dimensions of wellness and how they show up in both our personal and professional lives. As women business owners', we have a lot of different hats to wear and often forget about taking care of us too. This workshop will help go over some tangible strategies to integrating a wellness focus that will help you thrive.

Regardless of how long a woman has been in business, she needs to continuously evaluate her wellness practices to ensure she is prioritizing her health (physical and mental) at various stages of her life.

Takeaways Include:

  • Attendees will understand the 8 different dimensions of wellness
  • Attendees will have the opportunity to practice creating strategies focused on specific dimensions of wellness within their personal or professional lives
  • Attendees will receive validation and support by acknowledging the competing responsibilities in their lives and dispel the stigma around “doing it all.”
