December Monthly Meeting: Health & Wellness

Step into a space designed to recharge your mind, body, and business at our annual Health & Wellness Luncheon. NAWBO Columbus' signature December event brings together women business owners, guests, and corporate partners for an immersive experience across all 8 dimensions of wellness: emotional, spiritual, intellectual, physical, environmental, financial, occupational, and social.

You’ll connect with women-owned businesses offering interactive exhibits and wellness resources, from stress management and financial health tips to creative leadership strategies and energizing physical practices. Each exhibitor is encouraged to provide a participatory experience, giving you hands-on tools to bring balance and vitality back to your business and life.

With an average attendance of 80, this luncheon is the perfect opportunity to discover new wellness practices, support fellow women-owned businesses, and leave feeling inspired to finish the year strong.
