NAWBO Boost- Discover the Blueprint of YOU: Your Human Design Advantage

CONNECT WITH NAWBO COLUMBUS & BOOST YOUR BUSINESS!

What if your next breakthrough — personally or professionally — wasn’t about doing more, but about aligning more?

You’ve built success by leading well, showing up consistently, and navigating challenges with strength. But even the most capable women can feel it when something shifts… when the old strategies feel heavier, when the rhythm that once worked no longer fits, and when you sense you’re meant for a more aligned way of operating.

This Boost participants into a transformative conversation about Human Design — an energetic framework that reveals how you’re UNIQUELY wired to create, connect, make decisions, and use your energy with clarity and more ease… yes, it’s possible.

Instead of forcing strategies that drain you, Human Design helps you distinguish between what’s truly yours and what’s conditioning… the expectations you’ve carried, the pressure you’ve endured, and the ways you’ve adapted to environments that weren’t built for your design.

    Join us To:

    • Understand how they are naturally designed to operate
    • Recognize aligned decision-making versus overthinking
    • Identify where energy is being wasted — and where it wants to flow
    • Build businesses, careers, and lives that feel authentic instead of exhausting
    • Shift from strain into ease by honoring their innate wiring

Meet our Facilitator: Karen Baldridge, Founder, The Experience Project

Karen Baldridge is the founder of The Experience Project. After a career in public relations and client-facing leadership, she realized she was living a version of success that no longer aligned with who she was becoming. Determined to pivot toward a more purpose‑filled career, She embraced what she now calls the “flow of her design.” She blended her love of inspiring, meaningful growth oriented experiences and lifestyle events with Human Design principles to help others realign their lives from the inside out—just as she has.

“Purpose isn’t what you do—it’s what happens to the people around you when you do what you’re designed to do.”

    Meet our 2026 Visionary Honoree

Krista Guagenti, Founder & Visionary, Panacea Luxury Spa Boutique

Krista Guagenti is the Founder and Visionary behind Panacea Luxury Spa Boutique, a dream more than 30 years in the making and now a premier wellness destination redefining the spa experience in Central Ohio. Serving more than 20,000 clients annually with a team of more than 50 employees, Panacea is one of the nation's few luxury spas with a full staff certified in Oncology Therapeutics. Panacea's unique approach blends holistic modalities, traditional spa services, and resort-level luxury amenities in an environment designed to promote relaxation and healing.

Krista's background spans healthcare, business, and entrepreneurship. She holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry, a master's in business, and spent a decade in the healthcare industry before launching her first venture as a Budget Blinds franchise owner. Within just six months, she grew that business to debt-free profitability. Later, she expanded into the beauty industry by opening a Deka Lash franchise-a concept that aligned with her oncology mission by supporting those undergoing chemotherapy and radiation with lash extensions. These entrepreneurial experiences became stepping stones toward her ultimate vision, laying the groundwork for Panacea.

Krista's dedication extends beyond leadership. Before opening Panacea, she became a licensed massage therapist, licensed esthetician, and earned advanced Oncology Therapeutics certifications to fully master the services her spa offers. This hands-on commitment ensures the highest level of expertise and care for all clients, while modeling dedication and excellence to her staff.

In recognition of Krista’s innovations and excellence in leadership, she was named a Columbus Business First Women of Influence Entrepreneur Honoree Winner. With plans for expansion underway, including a second spa location in partnership with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants and  Crawford Hoying, Krista continues to elevate wellness experiences and set new standards for luxury spas in Central Ohio and beyond.
