Join NAWBO Columbus and Stefanie Fox Jackson for our June Monthly Meeting. Stefanie will share her journey as an entrepreneur, including the last year which has included the temporary shut-down of a business due to the pandemic, the sale of a business and the creation of a tech start -up!

Stefanie is an open book and will share her processes, strategies and challenges along the way!

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER: Stefanie Fox Jackson

Stefanie Fox Jackson is a motivational speaker and generational leadership expert who has spent 18 years building teams and educating salon leaders on the changes in today’s workforce.

Stefanie is the founder of Talent Match, a recruitment and team building agency that specializes in the beauty industry workforce. Her work is rooted in research- where she surveys todays talent to understand what they want from their careers to help salon leaders better recruit the right talent for their business.

Stefanie is also the Founder of the Beauty Recruiter- a technology that pairs stylists to salons using her Salon Culture Archetype™ assessment. 

In 2020 Stefanie had a successful exit and sale from the first business she founded, Canvas Salon and Skin Bar, a 6 times recipient of the Top 200 Salons in America award for its work culture and customer satisfaction. 

Stefanie is a board member for the National Association of Women Business Owners, where she leads a committee that facilitates mastermind experiences. She also gives her time as a mentor with the Young Entrepreneurs Academy helping kids 18 and younger start businesses. She lives in Columbus, Ohio.
