Join NAWBO Columbus for our January Monthly Meeting, where fellow NAWBO marketing professionals dive into their area of expertise in the PESO Model - Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned media types and why a mix of each is vital to establishing authority as a subject matter expert or THE top brand.

There are many strategies when it comes to marketing. How do you choose? The best fit for your company depends upon your brand, offer, and how your prospective clients like to receive information. Well, that was a generic answer.

DANA SCHMIT, HUNTER MARKETING 

Dana is a well-rounded marketer and brand champion with more than 15 years of experience exceeding client expectations. She has a strong background in marketing and media through her experience with the Columbus Dispatch, Gatehouse Media, Gannett and USA Today, where her natural ability to solve complex business problems by developing strategic marketing strategies made her the C-suite's go-to ally and confidant. Dana puts 110 percent into everything she does, and it shows through her work. She is driven, passionate and an exceedingly intelligent strategic marketer. At Hunter, she puts these skills to use as a dynamic senior account executive, pushing our creative teams to think outside the box to deliver truly extraordinary final products for our clients.

 

Dana attributes her leadership style to her career as a soccer player, having played from kindergarten all the way through college. When she’s not at work, Dana puts just as much devotion into her personal life as a mom to a fellow athlete and, in her own loving words, “a future CEO.” When afforded some rare idle time, Dana loves to binge watch some of her favorite reality tv shows, like Love is Blind and The Bachelor, and steal a quiet moment with her husband.

Beth Menduni is the Founder of Video Story Studio where they make videos that work harder. Her company focuses on making human connections by developing messaging and producing value focused video content.

Escaping a toxic work environment in 2016, Beth swore she could do it better, so she did. Not only did she improve upon the video production experience, but also created a positive work culture that uplifts and supports underrepresented talent in the video industry.
